How about a month with no World War items? Crusaders, new Custers Last Stand series New French and Indian series. No tanks but more siege items for the Crusaders, plenty of mounted plains Indians a buck board and covered wagon two limbers for the Civil War range it could go on and on. I know there are more guys out there who would like to see items like these and others !Speak up or they will never happen! Maybe some jousting knights or Indian tepees I gotta stop have to go to work dreaming!

Andy said in Irvine that there will be 2 new series this year. With the current popularity of the French and Indian War with collectors that subject is a possibility. I would also like to see the late 19th C British Army in Egypt and the Sudan and on the Northwest Frontier.

Can you ever run out of WW2 to make? And dont reruns get boring?

No reruns don't get boring 'cuz they just make them a better quallity than the first time. :) Sayng that I only have 177 Tigers o maybe we could give those a rest?

:)Only 177 tigers? I did see a new Panzer I variant at the WestCoaster, however Andy didn't commit to its actual producton or release date.

ApacheJol for President - I'm voting for you man, if you can get Andy to release the Custer series. I think your suggestions are great. Andy has said that that is one of his favorite lines, and I have been promoting it here on the forum. I hope he is not watchng the sales of BLACKHAWK'S line, as many collectors have said that they are holding back on that line in HOPE that King and Country will come through on their plans to do CUSTER! It would be crazy if Andy put out a Dispatch without any WWII product, because some of our fellow forum members would literally freak out. I know WWII is the bread and butter and it is good stuff. I am glad collectors are so passionate about WWII, because it pays the bills, and allows King and Country to do the West, Crusaders, Alamo and the like that I collect. Do you have any of King and Country's original The West series?

I agree with CapitolIron. I too would like to see some Aztecs/Incas/Mayans and some Conquistadors. It would be interesting to see them in their full color.

This is one WW II collector who would like to get a break once in a while. I bet I'm not alone:)

I like the sound of ApacheJol for president Thanks! I dont have any of the old west series and I just got into K@C recently. Collected old Timpo and Britains swoppets. Once I started to see the quality of the K@C stuff I was hooked on it. NO offense to anyone I just dont collect and WW stuff no tanks no planes etc. I would like to see some older time periods but I understand you have to make what sells but it is whishful thinking anyway.

I have got to have more crusaders and saracens!!! last release of crusaders, was september. almost six months ago. we all must push for more!!!

Call me a crazy eccentric if you will, but I quite like the Afrika Korp releases and the Hitler staff car and the Ws releases. I don't collect AWI or Battle of Borodino or WWI. I hope to see more Desert releases and more WS type releases.
Sorry I realize it sounds wierd but I do.
There you are I am out the closet now.

Yippee....Reinforcements in the nick of time.
Was beginning to feel endangered by the "we-hate-desert-war-brigade".
PS. I love your new strap-line Damian. Kinda puts it all into perspective.
Fiddle-dee-dee right enough.

Cheers

Since you apparently don't collect WW1 anymore, I hope you'll send me all your Trophy and Britains Premier sets which is the largest collection I've ever seen.

P.S. WS is my favorite line too! Afrika, not so much. There were only like 3 panzer divisions in all of Africa. On the eastern front, there were 10 times that number. But in the toy soldier world, there's almost 1 Afrika tank made for every 2 European ones. I bet there have been more Afrika tanks made in toy soldier form than the number of men who actually served in the Afrika Corps.

Its a double edged sword i find Brad.I'd like a financial break to catch up but at the same time i don't want K&C to stop releasing their excellant WW2 stuff. Now if my wife would just agree to that second job:eek:;)
