The NFL disregards state law when it comes to marijuana. It is legal in some states that have teams but if you test positive for it then you get suspended. Can you imagine the NFL allowing players in states where it is legal to use it but not allow players in state where it is illegal to do the same?

I'd like to forget the likes of Jameis Winston and Ruben Foster and focus in on guys like 49er wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (from ESPN.com):
