I find almost all of his posts indecipherable

I have found them, since his very first post in the forum, to be full of accusations against others, some thinly-veiled and some overt, that can't really be verified unless they might be tested in court. And accusations like that really have no place in this thread or in our forum. Especially since only one side is presented, and those whom he accuses have no opportunity to refute them.
