Finally had time to 'play a little'...Kampfgruppe of Armor, Infantry and Anti-tank units rush to fill one of many gaps as chaos ensues in the east

Wow, you've done a great job on your set up here with all the elements coming together so well.

Thanks much guys, crazy year, haven't had much hobby time, so I enjoyed putting together a hasty dio. It's funny, I've honestly taken for granted the level of detail that FL puts into its vehicles and figures.

Looks really nice, depicts with perfection what that front must have looked like! But no matter how much effort they put in their fight, the ruskies will be sending them home...

Nice dio Mike and I love the close up pic's of the Tiger, the detail on that tank is superb!

Thanks much Tom, I agree, the FL Tiger is superb...funny, it was just sitting on a shelf for most the year and it took me setting up a dio to remind me of that fact-lol

Absolutely beautiful diorama and photos, Mike97! I like the picture of the AT gun crew and the closeups of the Tiger 😎

Thanks much for your comments ! I'll try to take a few specific pics of the gun crew before I move to the next dio-and I'll take a little more time on it-lol.

BTW, I had some challenges uploading the pics for this thread, seemed even when I'd compressed to the required file size, still had errors and impacted the pics I posted...anyone have this happen ?

I’ve had issues with the photo uploads on occasion. To help, I use a photo hosting site (imagur or postimage.org) and I’ve found that I can usually upload about 5 photos at once on this site and then add more by going back to edit a post.

Thanks, that makes perfect sense. I'll start posting via my photobucket account instead of from my laptop. It's been so long since I'd posted a pic, I sorta forgot about that little detail-lol

A 'loose' Panther and more infantry joins the Kampfgruppe to help close the gap. Chance for some hot coffee amidst the chaos for a few lucky souls.

Again, another great FL vehicle that I sort of take for granted until I take it off the shelf and set up a dio or such. I was offline/out of the hobby quite a bit this year and missed out on the FL winter tank crew, so have to improvise till I find a set.

Ditto, Mike.
Most realistic. You really captured the harshness of a horrible winter in these shots. Fantastic collection of pieces as well. I especially like this shot:

Burrrrrr . . . This series of photos makes me shiver . . . I can almost feel the cold air . . . I am sure the hot coffee provides a small amount of relief.
