Poilus...battered and bruised... (2 Viewers)

Like to mix and match. Good use of the stretcher figure up front Mike. Great scene as usual. Robin.

Robin...you have a good eye...it's hard to sneak something past you...the two Poilus hands pushing the gun...line up better if the carriage is elevated...I had to improvise...^&grin

Very nice collection. Thanks for sharing it with us. I particularly like the set of gunners manhandling their gun. Hopefully they will get some horses to pull it soon!
Cheers,
Brendan

That is one great photo Mike. As someone said, superb composition. The painting on the buildings is equally impressive. John shout use your photo.

That ought to read "should" instead of "shout."

As a photography aficionado and Poilu collector myself, I have to give you top marks on this. Very creative, and the wounded soldier is a great touch!!

Le Chariot de Pigeon...

I have owned this for 6 months...

when taking this picture I noticed John had put 4 (at least) pigeons behind the grating inside of this coup...

I never noticed it before til I took this pic...

good detail going the extra mile in this model...

above and beyond what you might expect...
