Hi Wayne - not sure how much you should pay for it. To me the Tiger is good (not to 1/30 scale) but it is the crew that makes the set special.

What I really like about the set is how some of the crew are having a break and getting on with life necessities like eating and others are still on edge. It's a little mundane and casual but tense at the same time and I like that.

If I am correct the original price was $ 199
you have to deduct 4.1/2 figures and the packaging. In my opinion a fair price would be between $80 and $100
guy:)

Wayne,
An interesting question.

I agree with Breslau about the crew being a major part of the attraction of this set.

The complete set is still sought after and the crew will be a big factor in the prices it gets.

Problem is no box and I think that might be an issue if sending by mail. If it was somebody who could pick it up locally that would be a bonus.

Taking all into consideration I would disagree with Guy's estimate which is based on the original price. The most recent Winter Tiger WS177 came in at A$236. I know I have none left and depends if still available from other dealers. If the potential buyer does not have a WS177 he is likely to get that first if still available at retail. If the potential buyer has WS177 but not got a WS70 then I would be asking for about $160-180. Much obviously depends of the collector but worth more than $100.

Regards
Brett

Sorry i meant with the box etc.

Wayne...

This is always going for silly money. Two in the UK going for £695 and £795 complete. I would think the estimates are a bit low and with box and no figures I would think about $200 plus. I know a mate of mine sold his about 8 months ago with two figures missing and made £475

People always have spare figures to place in a AFV that has no figures the box is dramatic but, I know collectors who are not bothered about boxes especially some of the new collectors who just want to have some of the older stuff complete or incomplete.

I personally would not pay more than $150 for it; But that's just me.
