Just wondering about some of the figarti european city buildings,
I've seen pictures of the front facade on the treefrog site and in some of the show report pictures for the
D9021 Eastern European City Building
D9027 French Building
D9028 German Building

What I wanted to know ,is if there are any ledges on the other side of the facade, i.e. like the berlin tenement , on which you can place figures, etc , or is it a hollow type building on the other side.

thanks

Great question as I have been wondering what the other sides of the buildings look like particularly the winter looking D9021-does anyone own it that could share the pictures of the "dark side?" Thanks in advance for your time!

Hi Red,

there are ledges on the other side of the facade to place figures on. However, if the figure base is large, it may not fit well.

Thank you for your interest in our buildings!

Hello Red, I have the German and French buildings. The French building does have some small ledges. However, the German building, as awesome as it is, DOES NOT have ledges to set figures on. I'm going to modify mine so I can put figures in it. Right now, I have the dean and slumped over Conte German figure hanging out of the largest window frame of the German building. (This is the figure that came with some of the ealier versions of the Conte church; most people place the figure in the bell tower of the church.) This figure works great with the German building, but I'd also like to put some "living" figures around the dead guy as well. I also have the Western European farm and the village house. They are both really nice, but I think I like the French and German buildings best, out of the four structures that I have. Also, the French buidling comes with one side wall that fits into a slot on the backside of the building's facade section. The German building has one side wall as well, but it is fixed in place. Essentially, the German building is one piece (2 pre-fitted together), and the French building is two pieces. The farm and village house are several pieces each. The civilian figures that come with these sets are really nicely done. I'm really enjoying Figarti's new products. I couldn't believe all of the amazing stuff they unvelied at the Chicago show (I wasn't there but watched the videos on the K & C site). Anyways, I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please post 'em.

Can someone please supply some dimensions for the Figarti buildings and fences

I have looked at the great photos of them on the Treefrog shop website a few times but haven't actually bought any as I'm not sure which of the buildings would fit into my display shelves regards height and width.
