Is it me?
Have I missed something, but the Treefrog Shop site has two figures listed that I can't find anywhere in dispatches. RAF024 Armourer and RAF025 Policeman, they don't have any images for any new items yet.

Sorry if this has been discussed else where.

Regards

Saw the same thing on K&C UK mate. I'm wondering if those shouldn't have been announced until next month:eek:

I know, I commented on this on the Dispatches thread!:DWeird!:confused:

RAF Police figures will be very welcome:cool:

Rob

Very welcome to know some future releases a little earlier. There had to be some RAF personel loading up and preparing the planes to have a pop at fritz and, as ever with all the excitement we would obviously need the 'old bill' to keep out feet on the ground.

Hope the police poses allow for use with an airfield/camp entrance checking those coming in and out of the airfield

How about a polystone guard house. With the MG sports car and a barrier you could make a nice airfield gate dio with the Rock Ape (MP) and the staff sargeant from the FOB range.

How about it Andy and Gordon?

This what is very exciting about this range is the whole choice of possible figures that could be produced. From ground crew to AA crew,RAF Police to emergency services, loads of possible subjects.

Rob

Sandbagged bofors gun would be splendid as would twin lewis guns on AA mount.

The series will never get old just so much choice.
Mitch

Not a Bofors Mitch,but how about this;

Guys,
For photos of RAF24 and RAF25 go to the Sierra Toy Soldier Website and look under New Releases. They look pretty good.
Cheers Howard

Excellent pose for the RAF police and the ammo guy.

Like those new ground personnel however here is a small complaint. The armourer and other ground crew ( like the wrench or oil can guys ) would look much better if the planes they were working on had some removable parts. For example the engine cover or the gun covers. I know this would likely increase the price but Corgi did it on some of their planes. The new Spit at $185 with no extra supply cans ( like the FW-190 ) seems a bit steep in my view, no little extras if you know what I mean. However the Spit is still my favourite release of 2010 (so far) and I've preordered it! Thats the first time I've done something like that in years.

I have to agree; the Spit is gorgeous, and I have been considering it myself (even though I don't really collect this genre). How do you think it would look with a squadron of 1810 French Lancers?
