Here's a couple of scenes of a Bristol Beaufighter Nightfighter (Revell 1/32 kit) with the K&C RAF Tilly truck in the scene along with Corgi pilots and groundcrew, Frontline Hut and WAAF.

Very nice, the plane looks good too by the way...:rolleyes2::wink2:
Wayne.

Nice plane , nice set up, nice combination of different scales and brands. But what is the WAAF doing so late on the airfield ? Has she just descended from the plane after a night fight ?????

Excellent stuff. It all works really well and really like the base

Thanks Guy, Mitch and Kevin. The Beaufighter kit was an old one from Revell that I really enjoyed putting together a few months ago. I have several Corgi RAF pilots/groundcrew, along with some Frontline RAF figures/hut and of course the K&C Tilly and just thought some of all those mixed together might look good. Since the Tilly was such a small truck, I thought it would blend in well with the others even though it is 1/30 scale.

Duke-she looks great! Of course, I love this kite! Hey, what kit number is it per chance and did you use any after market kits and or do any modifications?

Many Thanks!
Marc aka Beaufighter!

Thanks Marc. The Beaufighter was a unique and great plane of WWII. The kit I used was the old kit from Revell. I threw away the box but have the instructions and it says 0251 at the top so I assume that is the kit number. I believe the kit I bought (bought on ebay) may have originally come out in the 70's sometime? The box had a picture of the plane I modelled here or John Cunningham's "NGR" Mk 1F nightfighter. I did not use any after market kits and I built the kit straight from the box. The only thing I had to do was add a couple of roundel decals from my spares box as a couple of the old kit ones didn't turn out.

Great scene Duke, really good and with some atmosphere thrown in too!{bravo}}

Nice blend of model kits, K&C, die cast and other pieces and terrain layout into an interesting and effective diorama. -- Larry

Thanks for that Rob, I appreciate it very much.

Marc, here are a couple more photos of the model that might show it more completely if you were interested. Although it is an old model, I think it is still a good one and if you were thinking of building one, I would recommend it.
