I would be more sure the guys would be keeping calm and carrying on Robin - if that Gatling Gun was belching smoke, flame and bullets! It looks rather smoke free in this scene - as if it might have possibly jammed - which I believe it was rather prone to do.

On the other hand - swords don't jam!!!
