Congratulations to New Zealand's All Blacks for winning the WC, 8-7, over the French. Judging from the low score, it must have been a tough, brutal match. A great win for a great team.{bravo}} -- Al

Just got to watch the match this afternoon and it was a brutal, defensive battle. Have to comment that this Rugby doesn't have much in common with the Rugby I played in college (except the rules, of course). These teams were a bit better.:rolleyes2::wink2:^&grin -- Al

What a crazy night, worked most of it outside Eden Park, but managed to watch some of the match on a flat screen. The tension was terrible.....what a game....what a win{eek3}.

The crowd went nuts afterwards, never seen so many crying fans, both blokes and shelia's young and old.....simply awesome.

The problem is that both the AB's and the Bok teams have sort of come to a natural change over. The old stalwarts are moving off and new players will come through. So the teams of the future are going to be very different. The Wallabies have a head start on all of us as their team is young and upcoming. The next few years will tell. Well done NZ once again.
Four more years for the rest of us.
