Along the lines of possible modular diorama scenes as this year's shock and awe surprise......

How about a sectional D-day German bunker complex, including barracks, pill boxes, machine gunner positions, supply points, gun emplacements, loads of troops, and various other components associated with bunkers?

Or how about a similar presentation of the Atlantic Wall?

DOH! Indeed the Atlantic Wall is directly associated w/ the first guess, but how about the Maginot line w/ all its complex inter-workings shown in a cutaway presentation.
