Happy New Year to all. Well 2018 is now here and I am sure that everyone is anticipating what this new year will bring to us in the form of John's releases. I am hoping that the January releases will be announced this week. I personally am hoping for more carrier deck crew figures for my growing 1935 IWA "SARA" dio and my 1945 WWII "Bunker Hill" dio. To add to this I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of John's WWII Navy Corsair . . . hopefully this "bird" will be released in early 2018 rather than later.

Hoping for the War of the Roses artillery set shown at the June London show. It will be interesting to see how the painted version comes up. Might need a couple of these. Robin.

I’m also hoping to see some more of the figures getting released that were shown at the latest London Show.
Either two more from the Aztec group or maybe the mounted Bonnie Prince Charlie.

I want a Lafayette Escadrille Nieuport 11 or two or three... -- Al

I'll second the vote on the WWII Navy Corsair ... It looked like a beauty from the Prototype photo.
I always enjoy your photos the the IWA series you have going ... Wonderful.^&grin

I would like to see more Gauls, Romans and the Jagd crew.

I am hoping for conquistadors to oppose the Aztecs, Jacobite Rebellion artillery (British as well as Jacobite), and also the war of roses artillery and the Bonnie Prince figure.

Niels

Tiger, Panther, Panzer III, really would like to see John try his hand at some German Infantry.

Mike, I’m no more privy to the details of the upcoming releases than any other collector. However, these really do appear to be in the pipeline, so much so that they may pose a challenge from a budgeting standpoint to those of us who collect multiple Jenkins’ ranges.

The suspense grows with every passing day . . . .

I would like to see an 'in-action' firing crew for the 75mm gun. A 4 or 5 man crew with an ammo caisson would really open up the use of the 75mm that JJD produced some time back. Maybe a mix of men in their Horizon Blue and some stripped to shirts as they feverishly work the gun. A pile of fired shell casings would be a neat addition, as well.:wink2: -- Al

I hope the release dispatches are announced either tomorrow or Tuesday. After that I will be out town until Saturday and will not have a computer or internet available for use. According to Murphy's Law, the announcements will be made after Tuesday and I won't be able to see them until Saturday.

Aztecs, Celts and Panzer Crews. Would like some Conquistadors, but will probably have to wait a little longer.

Not favourable odds on either of these requests, but I'd like to see some new figures added to the Peninsular War and War of 1812 series.

A "simple" request, is that we see at least one or two British officers for the BCH 1812 series. I am afraid that you are right, the chances are (at best) a long shot.

Maybe a collectors club figure?????

Agreed! As we already have a "company" officer, I'd like to see a more senior officer, perhaps the British commander, Phineas Riall, and an aide. I'd also like to see a Royal Artillery officer and NCO.

There are/were two flagbearers planned for Cazadores - think they might have been pushed back a little because of success of other lines. I’m waiting for them to complete the series too.
