Here is a photo of our new US army 40mm Bofors Anti-aircraft gun as it might appears during the last months of their war in Europe. The gun comes with a 4 man crew and features a C-N-C turned aluminum barrel, with an elevating and traversing gun. The outriggers function and the wheels lift so the gun has a stable platform to fire from. This should be available during the first quarter of 2024, following a few other vehicles currently in production. I took the photo on a diorama I built featuring a sandbagged trench and hedgerow. I used our new fall backdrop to blend it all together.
More information will be shared next month.
All the best,
Ken

Looks outstanding :salute:::salute:::salute::

Another really neat and interesting piece of Allied equipment from W. Britains 😎

Nice looking set Ken & Co., but when do we get a sneak peak of the M4A3 76mm(W) Sherman?

Reminds me of the Figarti version from years ago! Really nicely done!:salute::

My Figarti Bofors is under camo netting just can't locate the figures but it is a good model.

I have the Figarti 8th Army version, those Three guys are always falling off their seats etc, they will be glued in place if they keep it up ^&grin

Great little diorama there with the base and camouflage netting :salute::

The Figarti set is one I'd like to have myself, though it rarely comes up, I've only seen it being offered at a reasonable price once and that was when I was over budget for the month and had to pass. But half the fun is keeping looking ! ^&grin

Nice display! I have both the 8th Army and Normandy versions, both on display in the Figarti Room upstairs. I agree with Mat, the figures are always falling out of the seats. My back is out, but when I can walk upstairs, I'll take and post photos of both versions.
