So whats your next K&C purchase guys? (1 Viewer)

Yep, Marching Is a turn off for me (easy targets, if you ask me);). And Thanks for the info about when the Canadians went to war:).

The Canadians went to war in 1939 and were in combat in the North Atlantic (merchant marine and convoy escorts to England) and sent troops to England in 1939 to defend against a possible German invasion. Canadian pilots were also in combat in the Battle of Britain. Aside from Dieppe, the Canadian army didn't get into combat until Sicily. Canada had 3 infantry divisions and 2 armoured divisions split between Italy and northwest Europe after D-Day. At D-Day Canada contributed one of the 5 divisions with 2 British and 2 US Divisions. The Canadian Division was in the centre beach flanked by the 2 British divisions with the US Divisions at the 2 beaches to the west.

Scott

Hi Scott, Thanks for letting me know you are pleased w/ your Kursk Tiger and the Panther as well! I don't have either just yet, but I'm getting close to pulling the trigger on either a K & C or CS Panther...I'm finding selecting one or the other to be a very tough choice- I'd grab 'em both if I could. Regarding the the big Kursk cat, the thing that really jumps out to me in the pics of that set, among other details, are the crew members. They look so real, like they're carrying on an actual conversation! K & C really nailed it w/ those crew members jut like they did w/ the outstanding Snow Tiger crew. Enjoy you cat collection:p:)

Rob..

Sorry, but, I would have that on a priority list. I prefer the Kursk tiger to the snow tiger myself. Just something about the tigers on the russian front in summer that I like
Mitch

Both are beauties Mitch, but had to have the Snow Tiger:cool:

Got the Kursk Tiger and it is a beauty. I am very happy with it. Finally got my dollars together for the Snow Tiger. Hope to order this week. It looks every bit as good as the Kursk Tiger and I am sure I'll be happy with it as well. They are both a bit over budget for me, but I must have Tigers. -- Al
