Somewhere In The Sudan, 1885...
Detachments from the British Camel Corps and Mounted Naval Brigade search for the Mahdi's followers in the vastness that is the Sudan. A force of Dervish warriors rise from their desert stronghold to attack an isolated column of Camel Corps and 42nd Highlanders. With no time to form square, the British troops rush to a thin battle line supported by Naval Brigade Gatling and Gardner guns. The bayonet and sword gleam in the sunlight as attacker and defender fight for victory. Roll tape...

Chris what I am really impressed with is that you seemed to been able to time the dramatic sounds of the music with your slide show, so the photos take on a life of their own, to clever by half^&cool^&cool, Robin.

Hi Robin, we do discuss frame speed for each scene and try to pick photos that compliment the sound track while telling a story. Glad to know we hit the mark sometimes. :smile2:

I just watched the video and it is outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although I am a WW2 and CW guy. This makes me want to collect this period! Well done! Brad
 
I collect the "Sudan / War on the Nile" range.....but your video and sound track has inspired me to maintain and expand the collection. You are master!!! Great job.
