That seems to have become a staple of sci-fi TV series, going at least back to the original "Star Trek", complete with Spock in an SS uniform.

I think "Time Tunnel" may have had its Nazi episode, too.

The "X-Files" manged to slip one in, too, and blend it with a Bermuda Triangle story.

No matter what, the German accents are usually atrocious.

However imo the best Sci Fi interpretation of the Nazi style of intolerance is found in the Dr Who episode 'The Genesis of the Daleks'.
