Brett from Military Workshop emailed earlier today and said of the TG cavalry issues:

.......Three mounted German SS soldiers (will be available in Winter 44 and Spring 45 versions).........I am expecting the mounted guys might go quick so please let me know if you want any. Prices not known at this stage but usually reasonable......

Look at a price between a two or three figure set I don't think it will be higher as TG prices are superb for the hobby.

Good morning everyone!

The German cavalry seem to have been well received, should have done them sooner if I had known we were going to get this kind of response! FYI there will be a total of 6 cavalry in a winter 44 and a spring 45 version. One of the figures is armed with an MP44/StG44 and I must say he looks pretty cool and is my favourite of these guys. Depending on how well received these are we also have a further 2 designs on the back burner, but 6 seemed enough as an initial release. Some more pictures will appear in the workshop section of the website later on today along with details of our 'Naughty Forties' range which should raise a few eyebrows!
I will not be at the London show as its also HK 7's weekend but all our new products including vehicle will be on display thru Ken Jackson from Maison Militaire, for those of you going enjoy the show!

Kind Regards Tom

Tom another excellent release. Question the horsemen: Will the horsemen be strickly released as SS or will there be Herr too? Heck, I must say I really don't don't know if they were any regular German Army/ Calvary horsemen in WWII.

Carlos,
of course there were. How many pictures do you want ? Do not forget at the beginning of the war a high % of artillery pieces was horse drawn.( also during the Russian campaign horses were used extensively). The Heer posessed a whole band on horseback .Here is one of mine

Cool, horse drawn artillery and maybe even supply wagons. Now, that would be great.
