Here a Stug III is very carefully crossing a damaged bridge keeping an eye out for the enemy.

This is my first Collector's Showcase tank and I'm very impressed. I really like the added feature of being able to see the interior area just below the hatches, and having the option of putting on/leaving off the side skirts. Figures are nice as well and both full bodied. Overall well done. Thanks CS!

It's a great model. I have the other summer version and I can't make up my mind if it looks better with or without the skirts. A very nice job and the detachable skirts are a winner. -- lancer

IMO the best part of the CS Stug is the skirts.....very classic WWII.

IMO the best part of the CS Stug is the skirts.....very classic WWII.

I still can't decide which is best. Skirts off and you can see more of the track detail/sagging track... skirts on looks good with the ambush paint scheme. I like them equally I think.

I have the Normandy version which should have the Leibstandarte "Key" emblem, but has the Frundsberg "F". I see in your photos that your Arnhem version has the "Key" when it should have the "F". Quality control missed this little imperfection. I wonder if this is true of the whole run or just a few vehicles? At any rate, this does not detract from the vehicle in my display, it just sets my historical correctness warning alarm off. Just a rivet counter thing. -- lancer

Interesting. I see what you mean. My box (and what I ordered) says the Market Garden version. It doesn't really matter that much to me, I just liked the look of the ambush scheme paint on the skirts so that's why I got this version. So I guess I have a Normandy version with ambush skirts?
