Hi Guys,

Thanks for your rapid responses and kind words about the design…

Now, here’s what the finished work looked like in all its glory as The Belgian Battlefield’.

This is just the first of a series of photos showing you this fine work with just a few of our Napoleonic ‘Red Coats’.

Also the different angles we ‘shot’ of the diorama really shows off the amazing skills of David and his ability to ‘translate’ and ‘transform’ 2-dimensional design into 3-dimensional reality… albeit in approx.. 1:30 scale!!!

Enjoy,
Andy

Brilliant work it must be an amazing feeling to make this finish and sit back and admire your skills well done David.

WONDERFUL :) :)

Now all we need is Napoleon's Grande Armee advancing in ranks towards the buildings, and a massed cavalry charge to be in the melee !!!

Maybe you will need another add-on for the ranks of Artillery laying down a hail of fire upon the multitude assembled below??

Keep the images coming ...... I bet you have a load of 'fun' setting this lot up ??? Wish I could be there to help out ....

Terrific diorama! Thanks for sharing! Hopefully, the collector will post pictures of the diorama, once he has added all of his troops to it. Brendan

Beautiful work-a true piece of art that any museum would be happy to have in their collection-Kudos to both of you, and to Gordons spirit that's infused in each building and hillock

Hi Andy,

Congrats on the amazing diorama.....extend that to the team!

Question: Will you be offering as diorama options any part or sections of such superb art work?

Cheers

What's great about this design is you could add a third board that is basically flat for artillery and command figures, you could also swap the third board for the second one and put a square on it and have cavalry attacking and then infantry advancing towards the farm complex, it would be a great feature to be able to change it up...........this is useful for Napoleonics, Franco Prussian War, WWI and WWII as well.............David is an incredible talent...........................nice to see him teaming up with K & C again for yet another terrific diorama, would love to see the finished product once the collector sets up all his figures on it....................imagine getting this delivered, talk about a Merry Christmas........................

Outstanding Andy, just love the green grass and weathering of the amazingly detailed buildings.

Santa has certainly come early for this lucky collector. :salute::

The detail, well can say more than everyone has expressed, well done, hopefully some of these will be made for us collectors out there
