Just splendid in every way George,
Fantastic collection of buildings plus the tanks and figures and just about every thing else on the table.
Starting a WW2 20mm collection had crossed my mind plenty of times and these pics might give me that push!

Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed the pictures.

I enjoy ACW and Napoleonics for the color and the mass, I enjoy WWII for the tanks and also the buildings and fortifications.

If my display is the jumping off point for you getting into WWII, that would be awesome, I wish you all the best should you decide to pull the trigger............

George...all those damaged buildings and figures look great....sweet set up!

Thanks for the comments Mike, glad you like this one, I enjoyed the whole process on this one. Something about a boatload of tanks that looks good in the smaller scale, the buildings just add to it................

Hey George, ANOTHER incredible museum quality diorama, very nicely done. I agree the buildings give a much more depth of interest and quality.
How many figures on this one?

That is 1/48th (or so) right? The more I see of your work the more interested I get in the smaller scale .... just for the sheer volume in a small space.

Another George CLASSIC!

WOW to the power of 10.

Is that 25/28mm? I don't recognize that brand of figures. I am currently painting some Warlord WWII metal and plastic Russians.

Thanks for the comments my faithful sidekick/comedian/assistant/right hand man/Mr Larry. There are about 400 figures on this one; with WWII tanks dominate the displays, figures not so much. The scale is 1/72nd, or 20mm; always has been, always will be my scale of choice, but that's just me.

Thanks Walt, glad you like it; the scale is 20mm/1/72nd scale, it's the perfect size for my needs.............

Another great set-up George and how are those cats going by the way? Not rampaging through the basement I hope! ^&grin

Tom,
Thanks for the feedback, glad you like it.............the five cats are all fine, we had a tornado threat a few weeks ago, had to shoehorn them all into the basement for shelter, not a pleasant experience trying to herd five cats into a basement..............:wink2:

Yeah, I can imagine you would have your work cut out herding 5 cats into the basement and then having to worry what they will do together amongst all your goodies!

Glad the tornado threat didn't materialize, I live in a cyclone prone area (known as a hurricane for you blokes), but the damage they do are not as severe as a tornado.

Great display George. Amazing how good it all looks when setup on one big table.

Thanks Andy, glad you like it; I'm in the planning stages for two 10 by 5 layouts, one for Kursk, one for either the Hurtgen Forest or Normandy, we'll see, very happy with the way this one came out............

George, knew this was going to be a good one before opening, but this is incredible. The terrain and armor are outstanding. Looking fwd to the Western Front dio. Chris
