Yes I know what you mean Jas, sadly for many of us lack of display space for a walk around display, means having to decide from whose perspective to display our dioramas and does mean seeing a lot of backs, the only other alternative which still isn't ideal is to try from the side, but that still often results in a lot of backs still being on view to the person looking. {sm2}

Yes and i needed to have the walls of Troy in the background. Cant wait fir a dedicated toy soldier room when i grow up!

Beautiful display. Awesome collection. Looking forward to seeing more!
Beware asking for more Greeks. Kidding, we could use some too.
Best wishes
Paddy for the Pats

An outstanding looking display Jason for an outstanding collection

I wonder if John is going to make the Trojan Horse.

And after we take the pics we jam them into a curio with a back-mirror and all hope of a good photo is lost.
Anyway, your collection is so so fabulous it's worth showing any way you do it!
We have about 60% as much so far. We're working on it.
Another Greek Chariot?
Thanks for the pics Jas

Thanks guys, i am avoiding chariots due to space and cost. I really am getting to the limits of collecting. I feel so blessed to have such a great collection. I have collected a lot of Jenkins in the last few years and its the icing on a great cake. Obviously costs a lot but i really have no space left to store my stuff, its all in storage bins and is stacked up in a storage room. Planning on doing a rebuild in a few years then i can share some permanent displays.

Jason, I loved this period and enjoyed your diorama. Thanks for sharing. My personal preference is to add casualties to my dioramas for more realism. I guess they are not big sellers but I wish more companies would add them to their different periods of conflict.

One of my favorite periods as well Jason. I'm looking forward to seeing Helen and Priam appearing. Like your collection. Greg.

yours looks awesome. I love your sand base. I think both our collections show we need a few more Greek soldiers as well as the Trojan personalities. My Greek army is half heros, which is awesome, but need more minions, um Myrmidons… same tging!
