Received an email from mmiller1955 providing me with a link to Sierra Toy Soldiers featuring the new Water Barrel Set by Frontline. It's very nicely done with 3 shirt sleeved rankers pulling the water barrel but features another pointing Chard which is the same figure that appears in FL VC Winners Rorke's Drift Sets. Larger Picture to follow once available......The Lt.

In what way Mike? They look ok to me (but I am no expert) it's the mealie bags that look odd to me, they look like sandbags.

Great looking wagon set. I might have to get that. I can see what Mike means - for me the black on white shields look like they have a "star trek" symbol on them and perhaps a dinosaur foot print :D ;)

Scott in seeing a number of various photos although in black and white the mealie bags appeared similar to the ones being done and Mike I assure you that FL did some researching prior to creating the sets. As to the sheild my Aide de Camp in looking a various photos although once again in black and white they'd fit the bill........The Lt.

My Lord General , Sir,
Please , no excuses! The black/white shields don't look like any cattle rawhide I've seen, and the brown/specked look like trout lures for fishing. And the mealie bags were'nt that dark even after a downpour. 2cents from Your Most Humble Aide de Camp.

I don't have two cents so I will have to bow to the superior intel you both have.
Mike

Seems like Frontlines members of the 24th Regiment of Foot are also having trouble defending the Frontline Wagons......The Lt.
