I have been watching events here on the forum over the last few days.
We have a record number of posts and deleted posts in a thread ever.
We have several members calling each other out for personal duels at toy soldier shows.
We argue over whether the Eastern Front will sell.
We have fights over whether the AZW is more fun than WWII.
This is all very interesting and makes for lively reading.
I am not so sure what the reason for all this pent up aggression is?
Perhaps it is some sort of fight club type psychology.
Anyway guys I would suggest everyone takes a deep breath.
There is genocide in Darfur.
The economy is in the tank.
The war in Afghanistan is not going so well.
Swine flu is going to wipe us all out.
Chrysler is going bung
There we have it the Four Riders of the Apocalyse are about to appear on the horizon
That should put things in perspective

I agree.

I don't think Zulus on the Eastern Front will sell, the Four Horsemen of the Apocolypse will be riding on out of scale ponies, and the new Chrysler MKIV MBT is underpowered with little frontal armour.

I put it all this down to the desire for forum members to test the resilience of the larger moderator council.

Or it could be due to pent up frustration from having the Dispatches delayed by a day.

Do you think that the Four Horseman will be the new surprise line that have delayed the dispatches? It would explain a lot in the way of this explosion of "aggression" we have been reading here. -- lancer

I'm sorry, I can see clearly from here, those are not the Four Riders of the Apocalypse, those are the Marx Brothers: Groucho, Chico, Harpo and Zeppo!

/AH, AH, AH, I say that's a good spirited post and it got me good spirited too. I have to admit, British humour is the best (and at it's best here!)

Yes there is certainly something in the water around here right now.People get so passionate about Toy Soldiers don't they.I can really understand why Shannon/Brad don't want Politics on here!

At least they are saying Swine Flu not as bad as they first thought now.

Damian, I believe it was: "So do you think the AZW is more popular than the Eastern Front then?".

FYI I wasn't arguing, I just wasn't convinced your post wasn't another example of your renowned dry wit, but let's assume your question was serious.

Hard to call which is the most popular considering the different time periods, so let me guesstimate that: Of the two, the AZW would be more popular with collectors that have a British background but globally I imagine the Eastern Front would be more popular.

Now, I'm really going to bed this time guys, I just had to stay up and see how the heavy weight match ended - to be continued at another venue it appears.

Rob, when it's not swine flu, it's avian influenza.. I have this funny feeling the animals got tired of us and are finally trying to get even!

Yo Troopers, lol what aggression, this is Noddy stuff bedtime stories for the kids, or handbags at 10 paces:D. If you want to see some real agression try winding HEID UP:eek:.
Bernard.

Handbags at 10 paces. Reminds me of the Monty Python re-enactment of the Battle of Pearl Harbor. It was pretty accurate with the exception of the muddy field (more like Agincourt, methinks). -- lancer

Rob

Well personally I haven't had such a good laugh in ages.
Reminds me of primary school all over again.
Keep it up guys.

Looks like the argument over on FL has come to an end at least.

If there will ever be a poll about the forum member with the best humor I am positive that Wraith will be on the very top of that list, no doubt about it :D
