Very nice diorama, to me some of the nicest buildings on display here. Thank you very much for sharing.

The Australian Light Horse 1918 moving on Damascus to the bewilderment of the locals. Robin.

Once again, outstanding !

Your conception and figure placement ("locals" add points of interest and movement to the scene) is excellent.

Backdrop photographs very well - good job.

Thank you.

Hallo Robin

So I manage to find your page :)

Very nice, and super idea with Damascus ...

Top class

And thank you ones more.

Jakob

Robin...

this is one of the most interesting display you have done....
a virtual eye candy of buildings and figures...

AWESOME!!!

I am counting that Andy and the team at K&C see these pictures and get convinced that the desert village buildings collection must come back with new releases for there is a lot of market for them.....:smile2::smile2:;){eek3}
The scene is just fantastic the hippo is quite a detail.....the locals going around doing business as the troops move in is quite a nice touch...
Please add more pictures of the set! Who was the master behind such a nice harbour villa?
Cheers

Thanks AC, I was having dinner with Andy on July 15th and pushed the desert wall should be re-released. Not for me, I have 4 already, so he came thru. Took the opportunity to request some new desert village structures. The talented Jakob, is the master modeller. Lots of his work is shown under the K&C diorama section. Thanks for your comments. Robin.

This scene would be nothing without your North African city structure, many thanks, Robin.

Hi Robin,
Thanks for the fresh news....Likewise I have 4 walls, but no corner connections so need to go around with a Roman gate tower and risky photo angles for the dios so that no one picks out that the walls end on open flanks {sm3}{sm3}{sm3}{sm3}.....I really wish that amongst his ideas a corner contraption is considered for us that want more that on dimentional forts......{sm2}{sm2}{sm2}
Cheers
