Holmes and Watson

Thank you for posting these interesting sets. I did not see a gamekeeper before.Holmes / Watson is tough set to find, however I have never been impressed with it ;) I think Charles Hall did much better job on this subject...
IMHO.

More "Town & Country" figures as promised:

C32A SANDWICH MAN, you can write your own advertisement
PORTER WITH A BASKET: 3 different versions, one does not have the TM trade mark
JOANNE IN THE LONG DRESS WITH A FAN: it's quite interesting figure. I was told that a wife of an American Trophy dealer was used as a model for this figure. I have her photo as well by the way :)

More civilians pictures will be posted soon.

You have some wonderful civilian figures Martyn. Now you need a few of the JG facades to display behind them. :D :D :D

Hi Martyn,

Do you know the significance of the coloured dots on the bases of some Trophy figures ?

There is a white dot at the top right of the base along with the TM mark.

I have seen dots in other colours on the bases of some AZW figures.

Thanks, Raymond.:)

Hi Raymond

I'm not 100% sure but I think it denotes who painted it within the Trophy setup. That's another question for Len when he is up and about.;)

Here is another set found yesterday, one not seen very often.

Set#C65 - MILK CART

One picture shows the set displayed, the other shows the pieces in the set.

I do like the basket with the eggs and cheese

Cheers

Martyn:)
