It was fruitful, I still need to find a few more things, about half of the attic has been searched. I gave up after awhile it was 10 degrees today and not much warmer in the attic. It is more of a crawl space, if I stand up I will bang my head. The rest of the search and organizing will have to wait until spring.

I did manange to remove some of the ex-wife's belongings, off to Goodwill, thus creating more space for more empty toy soldier boxes.

Found my Ideal Batman set and Multiple Toymakers King Kong set,from the 60's.

Before continuing to Fort Eshowe the NAVAL BRIGADE take a 5 minute break to water the oxen, and the men.

I think Brians buildings are actually Conte. I think The LT mentioned that the JG one's are a bit on the smallish side.

I knew you were having fun Martyn based on the results of your photos here's one using another one of the background photos you were kind enough to share.

Met by Lt. Colonel Pulleine and a Colour Sergent of the 1st/24th Lord Chelmsford along with his secretary Lt. Colonel Crealock his Interpetor Longcast and his regimental Command Colonel Richard Glyn as they paused checking out the lay of the land not far from the foot hills of Isandlwana...The Lt.
