Trophy of Wales (2 Viewers)

MM1955 have no problems with the wages and a good Geona Salami it an additional insentive just ensure a lemo picks me up to drive me to the airport where you'll have a jet waiting on the run way to fly me south along with the Little Captain.:rolleyes::rolleyes::cool::cool::cool: Knowing you'll want the figures painted I'm afraid I'll get some flax if I don't convience you to have them done in gloss but I can be persuded to help doing them in matte. I noticed that your source who provived the metal figures provided some Hincliffe knot offs as well a casting a Conte Zulu in metal. All kidding aside thanks for the offer Michael I'd really enjoy spending the time and getting away from the snow and rain headed my way. Haven't checked my lottery tickets so who knows I may have a lemo picking be up and a jet waiting to fly me down to Texas and brig along a case full of Maine Lobsters.....The Lt.

You and Joey are welcome anytime Joe.

I don't know where he gets his "knock offs" from, but the price is right. You've always had a good eye for spotting their thievery on their copies.

You bring the lobster, I'll slaughter one of the angus steer on my "ranch", lol.

You paint them in gloss, I'll sneak behind your back and give them a quick matte spray when you leave.

Good luck on the lotto Joe, hope you hit it, Michael.

Sounds like it'll be fun Michael let's hope I win the lottery:cool::cool:. In the mean time while playing with my 17th Lancer my camera made another appearance and here's one of the photos it took......The Lt.

Lt.,
I've said it before, but I'll repeat for effect: The natural lighting that you employ up your way is fabulous. Can I buy some in a bottle? And to be able to enjoy your cup of JOE while you're at it!:D
Mike

It looks like they are really communicating here. Maybe the officer wants to hear Stardust:D

I try to capture the sun in a bottle for you 1879 and it seemed to have worked as you'll note in the following photo with only natural lighting coming in from the window but guess I wasn't to bright when I opened the bottle to see how much I captured and found it was gone Gee I shouldn't have open the bottle.:rolleyes: Randy the bugler is being instructed to sound the charge Stardust hadn't been written at the time.....The Lt.

Lt.
It worked! Bottle that sunlight up and drop ship to Ken at Hudson & Alllen Studios for distribution. What a sight...Trophy 17th Lancers at the charge!
Death or Glory, Boys!
Mike

Randy check your charge cards got a hunch one or two of them may now belong to one or two of the 17th Lancers. 1879 Like you I'd like to see what Ken will do with the 17th Lancers once their turn comes around I know your aware of the fact that other mounted units enter the scene prior to the 17th:rolleyes::rolleyes:.

Here they are again..........The Lt.

Wow Hawkeye,

That is a superb trophy collection in your albums.

I particularly love the Highland square and the line of guns.

I was initially impressed by the way you used mirrors to make the display look bigger then I realised there ain't no mirrors.

Further pictures appreciated.

Great collection there Hawkeye.
Great Napoleonic figures.
You have displayed them really well.

Great shot LT, as you know I am a big fan of mounted figures, looking forward to seeing more and hoping WB will bring some out for us to play with.

Scott,
I never thought about it, but you're on to something! How about 17th or KDG on parade, so we can pose going to the front or on vidette, or escorting the last remains of the last French dynasty to the rear!
Mike

Wow.
I see that Hobby Bunker had some Napoleonic sets listed on e bay. So I broke my own ( no e bay) rules and made a bid. For about 4 days I was the top bid. Suddenly in the last hour it went crazy and needless to say I was blown out of the water. It seems that Trophy sets are still demanding a good price on e bay.

There is a beautiful ACW set on ebay now, Pickett's Charge, that looks like it will be a very expensive set.

Whose going to win this one........The Lt.

Lt,
If the Lancer's name is Frith, than the Zulu wins! I believe Lt. Frith was the only battle casualty death , and before uLundi to boot(I'm not positive)
