Trophy of Wales (2 Viewers)

Mike how about we hijack Mike's gunboat and set sail for ole blighty. Santa sack in hand and help ourselves to the goods :D :D :D

I would be all for it! I would love to make a toy soldier trip to the UK. If and when we get closer to a Trophy catalog I'd go for the Symposium.
Mike

You would both be more than welcome but I fear by then any old AZW Trophy will have dried up;)

Cheers

Martyn, you continue to amaze me with your collection. I love artillery teams - these look great together. These sets you keep finding at MKL, must have been hanging around for a few years then?

Keep them coming.

Jeff

I got my boats from MKL.
You never know what he has stacked away there.:D

Excellent stuff as is par, Martyn.
Have you had any horns come off any oxen? I've had several, from bad packing jobs, or old sets. Just wondering if you share my misfortune, and yes, we will require a large hold in our vessel!

Martyn, with all these Trophy sets you keep showing it's making me wonder if I should start collecting them, but the problem is - is there any left?? ;)

What can be next I ask myself?

You have an amazing collection :):)

Many thanks Jeff.

I only collected AZW in the beginning but have branched out to include Egypt and the Sudan/ Boer War and any individual “one off” sets that come my way.

There were a few ACW, Nap, Crimea and WW1 sets still available at MKL when I visited last week;)

Cheers

Damian,
Great news of the USS Eagle being ready for service. Nice pictures, didn't know the boat was made in Italy though.
Mike

The plan is to sail up the Thames and lead a raiding party to Berkshire

Mike
It was made in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Within site of coal mines and green valleys resounding with full baritone Welsh mens choirs.

The reinforcements are on their way
