US Army M113 (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys,


A little ‘sneak preview’ of the upcoming K&C M113 due for delivery early in the first quarter of 2020.


The fighting vehicle itself will come with a black GI driving and a half body gunner / commander in the armoured turret.
This US version also mounts 2 x M60 machine guns.


3 x additional M113 crew figures will also be available as well as a little set of 3 x ‘Grunts’ to ride on top.

Nice looking model and a definite MUST for anyone doing mechanized troops in Viet Nam. Note - the USMC didn't use M113s, but often operated with Army troops that did. The additional guns and their shields were part of a kit called ACAV (Armored Cavalry Assault Vehicle). These were used by both armored cavalry and mechanized infantry in SE Asia, as well as by the ARVN (and after 1975 some were still in use by PARVN). The troops on top is correct as many units had the troops ride on top due to the danger of mines.

Hopefully some ARVN troops will make an entrance sometime next year into the range too. I'd like to see a vehicle for them such as a M41 Walker Bulldog Tank come along also.
