War Park New Release in May - Camouflage Waffen-SS Stormtrooper (1 Viewer)

These look excellent, well worth the money, 1 little thing. Would have preferred only 1 panzerschreck and given the other figure a Panzerfaust.

Does this mean potential Allied armour for them to 'hunt'

Cool Wayne, hopefully we'll get some more heavy duty flatbeds to load some tanks on.
I suggested to WP last year, that they should do another run of their sold out flat car as I think it would sell out again, but they replied that they were not real interested. When they were first released I planned on getting 2 plus the tracks, but held back due to finances and when I finally allocated money to get them, there were none available even on the secondary market. Generally speaking WP pieces sell out quickly, so for me this latest armoured rail car release, will be a quick decision whether to commit or not bother. Robin.

Hi Robin, I agree that War Park def should do another run of those heavy duty flat cars.

I've always had an interest in trains, especially German WW2 versions. I look forward to buying the new War Park loco as I didn't get around to buying the Figarti versions from my early collecting days, but they most likely fall apart and the paints peals like most of their other models, a shame really as Figarti made some terrific prototypes.

I considered collecting The Collectors Showcase armoured train. However I would have prefered a mix of freight and passenger wagons rather than the Armoured wagon variants, and they didn't produce a Loco for that set for some strange reason. I hope War Park don't make to many armoured wagon variants as I think most collectors would prefer a mix of different freight and passenger wagons with say one armoured wagon. IMO The Collectors Showcase got to involved with the armoured wagon variants and I suspect sales suffered because of that.

Yes I have noticed War Park releases sell off quickly, maybe they should make more for each release, they are great looking sets at reasonable prices.

I don't have any War Park figures yet, but I'm seriously considering these new Waffen SS poses, but I'm not sure what size they are?
