I would guess the new arrivals will be with us soon. What do you hope will appear in February? Once again, there were some nice surprises for a lot of people in January.

From a Great War perspective, I donned my thinking cap. I have added two and two together and then added a further two, which has most probably still resulted in a five.

I added Great War + Canadians + Unusual. The answer I came up with was the Canadian Automobile Machine Gun Brigade (or the HCSPQ to those suffering dyslexia).

What do you reckon and what would you like to see added to your respective ranges this time around? MkV tank or RR Armoured Car if not the above Canadians for me.

Assuming the ambulance will be a February, the pack horse series could use more handlers that are suitable for FIW (two or three figures). Otherwise, looking forward to a low cost February, January was brutal on the budget -- 2 wagons, plus the needed horses and then throw in a few miscellaneous figures -- big month.

Going of 'regular form' for what I'm collecting, I'd count on:

Luthen Facade - there are 2 more parts to come

or

7YW Prussians - there were 4 grey painted masters shown in London charging the Luthen Gate

or

7YW Austrians - defending the facade???? ( thats along shot)

and

Portuguese Infantry from the Penninsular Wars - we seem to get a Spanish pair one mnth, and Portuguese the next.

I think the NAP Ambulance will still be a few months away.

French line infantry for Peninsula campaign.
British Dragoons for Culloden.
Woodland Indians?????
SCW infantry.
Additional SYW Prussians (hopefully some officers and a flagbearer soon).

I"d liked to see more ww1 items ....I find his planes are to good to be true ........Of course more British ground crews for which I have been waiting for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and yes to a Canadian unit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! maybe something with horses....delivery cart ......etc....^&grin

More French and Indian War, please! I wargame with my collection and would love to see any of the following:

Officers and standards for the Ticonderoga Highlanders. I can't field them without officers!

The 60th Royal Americans (fought at Ticonderoga, Louisburg and Quebec) in "campaign" gear.

More Militia (New York at the Monongahela and Ticonderoga or New Jersey or Rhode Island at Ticonderoga).

Gage's 80th Light (at Ticonderoga).

Some French regulars in non-marching poses; I suggest Guyenne, who arrived in Canada in 1755 and gives us some red coat cuffs (and fought at the siege of Fort William Henry, Ticonderoga and Quebec).

I'm not greedy : )

See ya,
Chris

I am in the same boat as Chris. Need at least an NCO if no officer. And want all the other stuff Chris mentioned.

I am hoping for dragoon officers to go with troopers already out.

And I want some cavalry to fight the British. I know, very small number and not in a battle, but it would look nice.

Matthew

Casualties in the FIW ranges (RoSF, BoM, PoA); Indian casualties in particular, followed by rangers (RoSF), french in PoA & BoM (marines and regulars, militia, etc.) casualties. Also, some more Indian "civilians" for the Indian village including children.

Has anyone got the inside track as to when pics of the new releases will be posted on here? The choice is stark. Do I buy a new Sigma lens this month or will JJD produce a cavalcade of items that I cannot resist?!

Hold off on the camera gear and see what develops.

Wait two more days then change the title to March.:wink2: -- Al

I would quite like to see Adolf Galland's SCW aircraft with MM adorned on the side.
