I cheated and voted for myself:p :pI did not think any one would vote for me so I was determined to have at least one vote. Really kind of you guys to vote for me. This forum is kind of a home away from home for me. And I wish that you feel that way too:D I also promise everyone who votes for me something!:D:pThere are a lot of guys who add to this forum. Lt., Mikemiller, a relative newcomer Capitol Ron, UKReb, Actually a lot of guys who are not generals yet too. General, Thanks for the fun poll.:)

KV, I wouldn't have thought that was necessary taking into account your track record :).............so the beers are on you then? ;):D:D

Jeff

Having achieve the rank of a Lieutenant here on the forum and as the Lt. became the Aide De Camp for my Lord General "The Kilted Vampire" and upon reaching the rank of General I became a member of his General Staff as well retaining the title of his Aide De Camp. Having acquired a friendship along with his encouragement as his ADC I'm am proud to announce that'll I'll be casting my vote for my Lord General "The Kilted Vampire".

Thanks Tim for your vote and very kind words I can't thank you enough for directing me to the forum and the help and friendship you've provided me over the past couple of years. Shannon thanks for giving me the venue and the chance to share my Glossy Trophy Zulu War figures on the forum and to play with along with the other the venues you've provided with all of your hard work. Thanks Deitz, Tim, Michael mm1955 and Rob from down under for your votes and friendship. It's nice being listed among those being voted on for they've all made major contribution to the forum.........The Lt.

I voted for Lt. because of the terrific Zulu posts, but I have learned so much for all of the other Generals posts. If it was possible I would have voted for all of them.

Anyone of them could have lead the charge into the Toy Soldier Show to find the bargains and rare figures.

I am in agreement with you there Brian. Joe has been an imense help to me since I began my Zulu journey. There have also been many other great helpers who are not generals yet and their help has been much appreciated

I voted for The Lt. he loves Trophy AZW figures as much as me, ‘nough said;)

Cheers

Martyn:)

What's this only one vote deal? I'm from Chicago we vote early and vote often.

It's probably too late now but I turned this into a private poll, i.e., you can't see how a person voted. I just thought it might be better so no one's feelings are hurt, for what has to be a terrible idea for a thread. One can salute a person's contributions without having to turn into a popularity poll.

Now that it is private, can I take my vote back:D...Michael

Shucks you always got to throw cold water on it , don't you................................

If you guys want me to turn it back, I can do that, no sweat. Just figured I'd save some hurt feelings and all that.

Sorry Brad! If I would have had a second vote you would have gotten it for sure for putting up with all us guys and policing this Zoo!:p

For God's sake. Delete the bloody thread already!

I didn't mean to make anyone cry.

Too late it is a popularity poll.:p I wanted to know who my friends were:p;)
It is all good fun. I probably wouldn't think so if I were not so popular. Now I just have to figure out how that happened:confused: Would someone please pm and let me know? I was always the kid who got picked last  Please take everything I have said with a grain of salt, except for the getting picked last thingy. (painful childhood memory););)

"Now that it is private, can I take my vote back...Michael " Why whom did you vote for???????????????? KV

Golly we have a tie, does that mean that George W Bush really wins?

I still think I should get to vote multiple times, I always did in real elections.

I think you should leave it private. Frankly I am pleased and shocked to have even been included on this list but I do not see how it is possible to pick just one of most of these wonderful folks; I would have liked to have voted for nearly all of them. Essentially that makes the voting irrelevent to me but the notion is interesting and harmless enough. I also agree there are several deserving members, like UKReb, that are not on the list and deserve to be more than I do. But then life, like politics, certainly is not always fair.;):)
