I really do like that Diorama you have done with the "CHARGE" - where did you get the base again - I think me once before?
Excellent work.
Ron
Hi Ron,
The base is a wooden 400mm x 600mm kitchen chopping board sourced from a local supermarket. The edging is a portrait frame that we can get made-to-measure here in Dalian. It sits over the base where the picture ought to go and is held in place with 2-part epoxy. The groundwork is just a layer of plaster with railway modelling lichens and scatter materials.
I suppose I really should dull the colours of the terrain down a bit to make it more dusty and sunburnt - but I don't want it to look like a North African desert either.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
H
