Why is First Legion getting my money. (1 Viewer)

I am very new to collecting soldiers and at this stage I am concentrating solely on ACW. I have purchased a few figures from some of the other producers but when I received my first 3 FL ACW blokes, I was hooked. The detail, particularly the facial features, is superb and beautifully done. At this stage, despite the fact that they may be a little more expensive than other makes, I will be sticking with FL. Great work!!

I started FL with British artillery and kept adding
the British and Allies. So many different figures
and so many different armies sold me on FL
Nobody but nobody does that , especially
with Naps.

Hi guys,

I just bought my first First Legion figures yesterday, the Takeda Cavalry and the German Sniper.... the detailing and great paint job moved me. :)

Woah Phoong. FL is like quicksand. Once in, you are done. Lol{sm4}
The roman range and samurai range already suck me into the abyss.

Phoong, btw you should get the Russian sniper vassily zaitsev too.

Yup am planning to get that but the store is sold out on it

Well its been said before how Awsome FL are and if you have purchased any of their Line its
A no brainer they are a cut above. All i can add to this thread is 95% of my collecting budget
is FL related due to their Excellence, Quality, Detail, & just plan Happiness. And by the way
a good 2 to 3 grand in products I still have yet to recieve any damage or bloody paint chips.

Salute to my Favorite Brand :salute::

I dont ' have any FL, but i see many ranges are really very nice, even if too expensive for a toysoldier in my opinion.....Neverthless, I saw one colour mistake: the german tank crew coulor is painted in a kind of clear grey, while the tissue was a decided black, even considering dust, oil or gas tains ans so on....

In terms of WWII they are not. just not for me the facial issues and a few other things put me off. Personal taste applies and its what I could accept or, not accept. They are getting some of my money in terms of the samurai and the crusades. the mounted crusaders are really very good and, the samurai range is excellent.

Why does FL get my money??....Quite Simple....Best Price/Quality ratio out there today....Nothing else even comes close to FL figures quality and detail.....Quite Simply......First Legion Rules:wink2:

It should be obvious by now :wink2: :smile2:

Are you referring the the Assault Gun crew? Stug crews were part of the artillery branch of the armed forces and wore a grey uniform.
