That's an old wood and papier mache back lot building. On one side its a train station, on the other its a movie theater. But as Andy recently redid one of the backlot buildings (the recently released little damaged bakery) in polystone there is certainly a chance you will see a polystone version of this building as well.

I've never attached an image on-line before, so I hope this works. Attached is an image from a K&C brochure showing the back-lot buildings which I think were issued in the mid-1990s.

Those buildings were primarily used for Arnhem. The only persons I know who have the complete set are Louis and John (njja). I have three myself.
