I would have to disagree with those who say WWII is well-covered by other manufacturers and that FL should therefore explore lesser covered theatres. I say WWII is covered, but thinly. Because so many general areas are covered, there are not a lot of items available for any one battle or scene. Then consider that at least half of K&C's figures are non-combat poses. Then divide that by 2 since you've got Axis and Allies. So, you don't have a lot of figures on any side in a similar settings (i.e. combat or non-combat) for any particular battle. I think the fact that most of us have wishlists as long as our arm is evidence of plenty of demand.
I don't know that it was a good idea for FL to choose the Russian theatre considering that it didn't do that well for K&C. But who knows, those figures do look good. Personally, I'm hoping FL dives right into the really popular areas like D-Day, The Bulge and North Africa.[/QUOTE
