I would like Andy to do some of the stuff Toy army workshop did, such a shame they went under, i bought loads of their stuff over many years.

Do you think we might get a hint in March?

Ron

One of the great things about the symposium is that Andy usually can't resist giving away some secrets. Often he brings special suprises, so we may even see a prototype in March.

We will all be waiting on tenterhooks this side of the pond!

I think Andy will look at the early WWI vehicles already successfully produced by other companies like Toy Army Workshop, Tommy Atkins, Trophy and Britains premier (Later Charles Biggs) and select one from there. Maybe a Thorneycraft Truck (Britains Premier) with artillery mounted on the back, or a troop transport truck (Tommy Atkins made great ones with highlanders seated in the rear).

Is it a given that this WW1 line will be 1/30 scale? Michael

According to K & C Collectors Club UK Newsletter for Jan 2007, the WWI range will be released in May 07. Starting with four personality figures, a staff car, a motorbike and eight action figures - all German. No idea whether thats early (1914) or late (1916-18) war period. Anybody got any idea?

American Civil War range kicks off in April with the Confederates.

Wow - all that coming out at once - thats going to cost all of us a pretty penny?

I believe Andy has said that he intends to start WWI in the early war period - 1914.

Anything horse drawn would be very welcome, really evocative of the period.

I forgot to thank Graycap for giving us the scoop on WWI. That was a good catch. So four German personality figures circa 1914. Let the guessing begin:

1) Kaiser
2) von Molke
3) Prince Rupprecht
4) Falkenhayn (I'm reaching here)

I think you've probably covered it with those suggestions.!

Then we could have for the Brits

King George V
Haig
Kitchener

I mentioned it before, but it would be great to have some WWII personalities as they appeared in WWI. Lt. Rommel, Corp. Hitler etc.

I agree with the first three, but, you can't have WWI personalities without including Hindenberg. Although, if the figures concentrate on the 1st Battle of the Marne, then my guess will go for Von Kluck and in the future Joffre for the French.

Hi Guys,

I think if he did Lt Patton in his touring car with the two bandits strapped to the hood of the car if front of Pershings HQ would be worth me finally getting in to the K&C Arena.
