I've got one of these in my collection, got it as a casting and painted him, and his dog, myself …..

I'm not up to the fine standard of these Russian painters, but I keep trying :)

Looks great!!! If I can’t use crayons, it’s too hard for me!!

His face looks like he has some stories to tell

kinda says, "oh, F me...we're marching again?!?!?!?!"

Recently picked up this small diorama / vignette. I don't know anything about it other then that I liked it! Not even sure who made it. I do have a figure from Aeroart that is very similar to the herald and also the tent, but don't know if this whole thing is aeroart or not.
The star of the show is the tent itself. It's painted all the way around as you can see. Also, interestingly, the inside of the tent is finished even though it is unseen. I took a photo with flash to try to show it, but all you can see is the entrance.

Zach,
Just a brilliant thread with an amazing variety:salute::.
The Swiss Guard flagbearer however is bordering on looking like a court jester {sm3}
Totally approve of your house plan{sm4}.
A joy to scroll through.

I think that every time I see those guys! Elite, heavily trained military men dressing like its Halloween!

Another nice little Vignette. I hadn't seen this ever up for sale, so when I saw it, I had to grab it.

Been doing some shelf dusting and moving some stuff around. Decided to take some pictures of things I don't think I've shared before

Bootlegger set - Bob Hornung

I like the T-Model FORD, finished in it's original black colouring.

Recently I modified and repainted 2 of these vehicles, by Signature Models as WW1 Desert Scout Cars, shown here with Scale Link crew.

That Sarum piece is just too cool- a gorgeous work of art.
Thank you for sharing the photos of it and the other fine acquisitions!

Zach...
love the British bar scene...
all the guys just schmoozing with the girls...
great sculpts for that setting...
there's a lot of detail in there copying/reducing the posters and building the frames for them...
it's time consuming...
also a nice touch that the bases match the floor in color...
it really helps disguise the base as opposed to a different color base (black/brown)...
what a "busy" little vignette...
very cool...

Glad you guys like them! I wish I could remember where I got that wooden thing for the Sarum display. It was so cheap and they had other similar stuff
