Not off hand, I've got drawings somewhere if I can find them! Anyway it was a simple muzzle tube like the 7 and 9 pdr, with a foresight. Obviously larger, I think you could change something like an ACW gun if you don't want to start from scratch.

That's the one. The carriage, limber etc. are pretty much the same.
