Been lucky this yr. Won a bottle of Pappy 20 yr old at the annual Kroger lottery.

Meanwhile back in Ontario, Canada selection is limited to Gibson's 12 year as my go to.

Thanks guys. We were very lucky as my wife got the Pappy 20 as an alternate wich means the store was unable to contact the winner or they failed to pick up their bottle.
Thinking of going to Vegas.

Woodford Reserve Double Double Oaked is now being distributed. I believe this only happens once a year. Time to stock up. I had to go to two stores to get these . . . Allotment of one per customer.

Pure luck. I was on the Eastern Shore and go into a Liquor store to get Bloody Mary Mix. While in there (they usually have all of the major brands including some real nice bottle, but usually shy on allocation), so the guy must have saw me looking at the better bourbons, comes over and says "we have a few allocations left, come behind the counter", so I do and lo and behold there they are - priced at retail, literally almost fell over. Had to buy em!
