Good buy on ebay lol (1 Viewer)

He's having a larf. £21 mill. Is this a wind up or what?

I agree, he's either a grade-A chucklehead, or a smart-aleck, or both. I have seen those very chess pieces at flea markets in the past, I think they go back to the 60's, they're just ceramic, they're not rare, and he doesn't even include a chessboard.

Now, for you eBay sellers, my question is: With a $21 million asking price, what is the fee that eBay would charge on a completed sale? Does that factor into the fee, or will the listing fees be fixed, and final fees based on the final sale price?

Prost!

Yo Brad, was going to buy it:rolleyes: but he said he wouldn't click the custom form as a gift, so would't have a million ready when the postman delivered it and wanted the custom fee lmao.
Bernard.

Some people use this type of listing to attract people to their other listings.

The fee can't be all that high but I'll check into that. Might be worth it if they are a volume seller.

Many people sort from highest price to lowest so this guarantees that the listing will stay at the top.

My father has the exact same set. I think he paid $40 for it back in 1978. He will be very pleased to here that the going rate for the set now is $21 mill :D

I've got a snipe bid set up so I can avoid the certain bidding war that's sure to erupt.

Joe
Isn't this a make an offer listing; if so, how can you use a snipe or have a bidding war for that matter?
