I've been visiting this forum too long not to be a member. I have greatly appreciated all of the artistry that members put into their dioramas. I am mainly intersted in American 17th and 18th century history, although the Beersheba series and Sudan series looking interesting. As of now, I financially support King & Country and John Jenkins. All of my figures go towards dioramas, so I look forward to posting later.

I look forward to communicating with you through the Forum and in Chicago. Being new, I guess a private, I'll excuse myself for latrine duty.

Hi Steve,

Let me add my welcome to those you have already received. If you have been visiting the forum, you know there is much to learn here and much fellowship to enjoy. Interacting with fellow toy soldier collectors increases the pleasures of the hobby. Please visit often and post frequently. I look forward to becoming better acquainted with you.

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :smile2:

Welcome to the forum, Steve! It's good to welcome aboard another fan of the 18th centruy. Do you also paint your own, or are you only collecting completed figures?

Prost!
Brad

Thanks, I used to paint 25mm, but I saw Am Rev Highlanders from K&C and well that came to an end. I am currently learning to paint(chalk) sky for back drops. If I remember right, you paint figures?

Yes, it is in honor of my Father who served in the 29th. I have a copy also which I am currently reading.

Mine came from an Uncle who landed with the 29th engineers on June 6th,,lost everything he carried in the water except for his M1.
