Hi Treefroggers,
In response to a few points…
1). New Alamo Figures
K&C’s normal Alamo Release Schedule is just once a year… Usually around March/ April or May.
Next release is …… and includes a wounded Mexican Dragoon… a mounted Sam Houston (I know he wasn’t at the Alamo but he’s a central part of the fight for Texas Independence)… Col. Travis’ manservant “Joe” and two more fighting Texians.
2). “Sons of the Empire”
Great to see Konrad’s (Kogu) small but colourful collection… Make room for more my friend!
3). JagdTigers
Yes, they’re big… they’re heavy…and they are not cheap… and… they are not for everyone.
It reminds me of a little story… a couple of years back when I was 55years old! “How did it happen?” I asked the wife, “One day I’m 30… it seems almost the next day I’m 55!!!”
My wife thought about this for a moment and replied thus, “Don’t worry about it… in 10 years time you’ll wish you were 55.”
Some collectors always want it bigger and better but at the same time want it cheaper too! Well you can’t have it all ways…this “monster” may not be for some but it will be for many others.
4). Rob’s Pictures… Great stuff mate… it’s so nice to see a guy who obviously loves his collection… we very much appreciate your support and friendship… Enjoy the London Show!
5). Opel Blitz Tankwagen…
Great looking vehicle but the Bedford Fuel Bowser must come first … See photo attached!
All the best guys,
Gordon C. Neilson
