Hi Treefroggers,

In response to a few points…

1). New Alamo Figures
K&C’s normal Alamo Release Schedule is just once a year… Usually around March/ April or May.
Next release is …… and includes a wounded Mexican Dragoon… a mounted Sam Houston (I know he wasn’t at the Alamo but he’s a central part of the fight for Texas Independence)… Col. Travis’ manservant “Joe” and two more fighting Texians.

2). “Sons of the Empire”
Great to see Konrad’s (Kogu) small but colourful collection… Make room for more my friend!

3). JagdTigers
Yes, they’re big… they’re heavy…and they are not cheap… and… they are not for everyone.
It reminds me of a little story… a couple of years back when I was 55years old! “How did it happen?” I asked the wife, “One day I’m 30… it seems almost the next day I’m 55!!!”
My wife thought about this for a moment and replied thus, “Don’t worry about it… in 10 years time you’ll wish you were 55.”
Some collectors always want it bigger and better but at the same time want it cheaper too! Well you can’t have it all ways…this “monster” may not be for some but it will be for many others.

4). Rob’s Pictures… Great stuff mate… it’s so nice to see a guy who obviously loves his collection… we very much appreciate your support and friendship… Enjoy the London Show!

5). Opel Blitz Tankwagen…
Great looking vehicle but the Bedford Fuel Bowser must come first … See photo attached!

All the best guys,
Gordon C. Neilson

Thank you,Gordon :smile2:. JagdTigers It is beautiful!!!

Sad but true, except in my case I still think I'm 25 but my body says otherwise :smile2:

On the SOE, any chance the initial issues will be offered in gloss?

Cheers,

For SOE, may I suggest an option of either gloss or matte finish like it is for SOHK.

Thanks, Raymond.:)

Hi Gordon,
So any news on the ever elusive Chinese Pirates (the mythical 'unicorns' of K&C) or any other undesirables who could fit into the SOHK series and be opposition for the USN/USMC series? And if so, approximately when?

Thanks mate

Jules

Well I think most of us don't necessarily want it bigger and cheaper...but we do want it better:wink2:....I will try to check it out in the flesh before I take the plunge:smile2:

Gentlemen, I have checked the post and there were never any attached photographs. Gordon must have forgot to attach them with his post.

Many thanks to Gordon/Andy for their very kind comments, much appreciated. It's always a pleasure to support K&C and the friendship is an added bonus.

Got to play with the Jagdtiger today, she is superb, great release and well worth the dosh. I understand they are selling very well.

Rob..

Thought that was a show purchase??

Frank,
Could you please give me the wisdom of your years of collecting and maybe scuplting, painting, etc. and tell me how "it could be better". I am keen to know.

He's helping set things up at the show today so no doubt one of the items being set up is the Jagdtiger. Wouldn't be surprised if he took one home today to give him more room to carry things tomorrow.

Terry...

Cheers for that.
