    Scott...

just wanted to take a moment to tell you what a wonderful job you are doing as a forum moderator...

I know you take a lot of criticism and a lot of flak for a seemingly thankless job...but some of us do appreciate your efforts...so thank you...

you are always the first to make a positive comment on a photo...no matter how bad or how out of focus it is...you always find something nice to say...always complimentary...

you always promote and encourage participation on the forum making it an enjoyable experience ...

you're an asset to the forum and make it a pleasurable environment for me and I'm sure many others...thanks for your time and efforts...

you will never make everybody happy...but I'm sure you have the majorities voice behind you...

Glad you liked the B-Day picture. Imagine going back in time and celebrating your birthday at the Durbar.

    Enjoy your day!

You flatter me Scott - glad you enjoyed my attempt at painting enough to want to use it in one of your photographs. By all means use it in good spirit and health . . . . . Mike
Glad you enjoyed the albums Scott and hope your move is going quickly and smoothly so you can get back to sharing your playtime with us once your settled in.

Scott saw your reply no such "infractions tab exists on my page just the other ones you mentioned. Guess I do not have any infractions as of yet. Wonder how I can change that?
Glad you've enjoyed what I've posted to date Scott and all's A okay at this end. Knew you'd be pleased with the new figures. Take care and looking forward to your neext batch of photos

I will give you a hint look at the spear tips. Can you beleve that Vandilay had unpainted castings from Imperial?
Thos zulus you enquired about are a mixture of Imperial and Imperial castings I got from Vandalay. I painted them to match as an experiment to see if I was good enough. What do you think?
Hi Scott - I forgot one of my other favorits:TRADITION. If you really like glossy figures, I am sure, the London Toy soldier show is a paradise for you. I was there last December and I never saw such a richness and variety of glossy figures. I will try to visit London again for the next December show - maybe we will meet each other there. In August we have our greates show in Germany: Kulmbach (65% flats, 34 % matt, 1% glossy...) best regards again Marcus
Hi Scott, thanks a lot for your kind words - I just became frustrated, not a single comment came to my thread. But your friendly comments saved me :D. Do you have great toy soldier shows in Canada ? Did you visit the London show ? My favorite brand of the glossy figures is King Cast -but I only have one set (elephant battery of black watch, which you can find on my earlier album). What do you prefer, besides Britains ? Best regards from Germany Marcus
