Discovering King Tutankhamun (2 Viewers)

Some of those photos remind me of the Egyptian wing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Well done Mike.

Thanks for the link Brad. I did Google the museum's site yesterday. A great collection. I read with interest the 5O Years of the Temple of Dendur at the museum.

Nice collection, great start.

Thanks Chris

Great scenes, I especially like the one with the mummy coming out-lol

THX Mike. No matter how fast you can run, the mummy always gets you!

You're off to a great start Mike! Love the set up so far. Can't wait to see how your display progresses.

Thank you very much Mark. Certainly a different subject for me to collect, but I'm glad I have started.

Love seeing your Ancient Egypt collection, Mike. Looks like you are certainly having fun with it!

I watched the 1978 version of Agatha Christie's "Death on the Nile" last night on Prime TV. A great cast of actors making up a great cast of characters. As a result I now have on order the figures of Hercule Poirot, Maria Van Schuyler, and Bowers 😂🤣.

Tourist on the Nile river boat "Karnak" take an excursion trip to see King Tutankhamun's tomb.

Great movie. Great dio. I recommend more Agatha. She's an inspiration for archeological dig murders...
Your great scenes are coming quickly - excellent collecting well after the original releases.
Have fun!

Thanks Paddy. Yes it was a great movie. I know there was a 2022 re-make that I also plan to watch. My collecting blizgrieg is soon coming to an end. Older sets are getting harder to find and then there is the issue of pre and post tariff prices. But, with that said, it's been fun and has given me a much needed renewed interest in our hobby.
