Going on the colours of the uniforms and the lack of small arms on the soldiers, I'd suggest they are Royal Artillery gunners, maybe from a mountain gun set? The gunners are all posed for kneeling gun drill and the one on the left seems to be holding a rammer under his right arm. I hope that...
