Thank you for clearing that up. I thought it was just me but I could not find a smoke in the picture. When I was in high school I worked at a gas station pumping gas when everything was still full service. Always had a cigarette in my mouth when filling up cars with gas. It was the way things...
On the WB website it states that all list prices are subject to change without notice. I will bet that it also applies to the 88. Just my opinion not fact.

Beautiful photos, it is hard to imagine that the political correct crowd wants to erase the memories of these proud soldiers of both sides. It is these true Americans that gave their life so we could have the great country of ours. God bless everyone on both sides. None of them died in vain.

Is is that you Sargent Oddball? What’s with the negative vibes. Always negative vibes. Chill out and think. Positive, maybe we will be pleasantly surprised.
Joel,
I order some stock items 2 weeks ago and have received them already. In talking with Erika she said that they had received a business loan they were waiting on and had a release of 3 1/2 tons of product and it was on the water as we speak. I told her I really hope to see it because it will...
I just recently acquired a collection of Black Hawk Punic Wars and they are pretty nice. They are true 54 mm not 60 mm scale so they do not fit well with most other manufacturers figures. My question is Black Hawk going to extend this line of figures or are they "Out Of Bid-ness"?
Thanks
George,
I know you have been doing it a lot longer than I have. I have been a serious collector since 2013 and in that time I have owned K&C , W. Britain, and Figarti figures with paint flaking problems. That is a lot higher percentage than you have experienced. Maybe it is my bad luck but I do...
Tom,
Thank you for your pictures, they are worth a thousand words. As you can see it is not an isolated incident and at the cost of these precious figures it is inexcusable to have these problems. Obvious lack of QC by manufacturers (China/Hong Kong). It would be nice if companies would own it...
Andy is free to reply with his opinion on this matter to the problem. I would love to hear his take on it. It is not an isolated instance but an intermittent problem for the hobby. I have primed and painted metal War game figures since the 1970's and never had a flaking issue. This is not...
I have seen the same problem on other figures also not just K & C. Personally I think that the figures were painted without priming on bare metal. China cannot have the best quality control and like a lot of other companies cut corners to meet demand. A properly primed figure under normal...
Just received my standard yesterday. Very fun to read and looking forward to each one. Great set of Club figures for 2020 offered. Also with club renewal there is a $15.00 voucher for any in stock item which is sweet. Called Erika today and got my renewal and order in. Thanks W. Britain

I do not disagree with what you are saying but I would like to add one more observation. As the hobby progresses there are many more high quality manufacturers today which also exacerbates the amount of good stuff out there for a small market. The marginal companies have gone by the wayside and...
I have to agree, prices for selling soldiers on the secondary market have to be below retail or they just will not sell. You have to be satisfied with getting money back on your investment but trying to get a Profit on investment on toy soldiers is going to be a very tough sell. Only in some...
Whatever the cost it is well worth it. I would take it to a professional shipping and crating service company and get a quote. It is a one of a kind work of art and would be a **** shame to have it damaged in shipping. Just my two cents for what that’s worth.

Unbelievable artistry in this paint job. I love the war torn and worn look of the uniform. Some of the paint jobs look like they stepped out of the department store without a speck of dirt on them. For realism figures have to be weathered in my opinion. Well done on this figure, I do not think...
