Depends on who is weathering the aircraft. I voted no because of some of the recent weathering to aircraft. I am not sure that factory weathering can be done to the standards that many collectors wish for or, so it seems.

there are also no black spray lines on these aircraft which are abundant on the Figarti aircraft. I would think all manufacturers who do this technique (for reasons known only to themselves) should now desist immediately from any future releases

I would return it and have them sort it out for you. When you buy figures such as this they are always willing to repair them. whilst they are repairable it is kind of not the point when they come damaged.
